TERMS OF SERVICE · PUBLIC BETA

Use the product with customer control intact.

These terms describe the current Public Beta use of IaaP Guard and related Infrastructure Product Works public services.

Public Beta terms

Intended use

IaaP Guard is provided as a bounded validation tool for infrastructure pull-request workflows. It is intended to provide deterministic findings and reviewable evidence that support, rather than replace, customer decision processes.

No deployment authorization

A PASS, WARNING, FAIL, report, recommendation or other Guard output does not constitute approval, apply, production deployment, privileged access or authorization to bypass customer controls.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for repository administration, branch protections, approvals, credentials, infrastructure configuration, deployment decisions, regulatory obligations and the suitability of Guard outputs for their environment.

Beta status

Public Beta functionality may change as the product is validated and improved. Features may be modified, suspended or withdrawn, and compatibility is not guaranteed except where separately agreed in writing.

Third-party services

Guard depends on GitHub services for its GitHub App and repository workflow integration. Use of GitHub remains subject to GitHub's own terms, availability and controls.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, compromise systems, evade access controls, interfere with other users or misrepresent Guard validation as independent production authorization.

Intellectual property

Infrastructure Product Works and IaaP Guard names, product materials and proprietary components remain subject to their applicable ownership and license terms. Public availability does not grant rights beyond an applicable license or written agreement.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Public Beta services are provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free validation. Customers should independently review infrastructure changes before deployment.

Changes and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements or discontinuation of the Public Beta. These terms may be updated as the product and commercial model mature.
