LIVE PORTFOLIO TELEMETRY

See what is proven,
what is moving, and what comes next.

A repository-backed view of roadmap scope and application maturity across the Infrastructure Product Works portfolio. Progress is deliberately bounded by accepted engineering evidence; it does not imply production, pilot, deployment, approval or commercial authority.

PORTFOLIO BASELINE

Stable roadmap scope. Live delivery focus.

The counts come from the canonical roadmap registry. Status is published separately so roadmap scope does not get confused with delivery evidence.

Objectives
5governance outcomes

Stable portfolio-level outcomes.

Key Results
47measurable results

Outcome evidence attached to roadmap objectives.

Epics
15portfolio epics

Bounded bodies of capability work.

Features
116stable feature IDs

Traceable roadmap features, not a completion percentage.

EP-08
ACTIVE PORTFOLIO FOCUS

GitHub Enterprise Server and restricted-network portability

EP-07 is functionally closed for the current bounded baseline. EP-08 is the active portfolio focus.

ACTIVEEvidence-bounded delivery

OBJECTIVES → KRS → EPICS

Trace the work without turning the roadmap into theater.

These rows show ownership and scope. They intentionally avoid invented completion percentages where the source of truth does not support one.

APPLICATION PROGRESS

Each product has its own maturity path.

Instead of one vague “percent complete,” each application is shown against a common maturity model: Define → Build → Validate → Integrate → Operationalize.

The live feed could not be reached. The page is showing its bounded fallback instead of guessing at current progress.

NEXT ENGINEERING MOVES

What the portfolio is working through now.

The current sequence is driven by the active EP-08 portability work and remains subject to protected-main evidence and existing authority boundaries.

ACTIVE SEQUENCE

Portability without widening authority

Customer-controlled GitHub, self-hosted runners, restricted-network dependencies, and reversible lifecycle procedures are the next portfolio concerns.

HOW THE DASHBOARD WORKS

Roadmap data and delivery evidence stay separate.

The canonical roadmap registry defines the stable objective, KR, epic and feature scope. A sanitized telemetry contract publishes application maturity and current portfolio focus. The website reads that contract live, so product pages and engineering repositories remain the evidence sources rather than the website becoming a second planning system.

EVIDENCE BEFORE PERCENTAGES

A green bar should mean something.

This dashboard will only claim progress that can be tied back to governed repository state, accepted evidence or an explicit roadmap disposition. It will not turn planned work, passing unit tests or a pretty demo into production-readiness claims.
